Experts have warned of a high avalanche risk in the remote areas of the local mountains, expected to persist until Wednesday morning. The U.S. National Weather Service has forecasted that in the next 48 hours, some areas above 1,000 meters in elevation could receive up to 2.4 meters of snow, with wind gusts reaching speeds of 90 kilometers per hour.
