Consumer complaints related to cryptocurrency in South Korea experienced a significant surge in January. According to NS3.AI, the Korea Consumer Agency reported that complaints increased 55.5 times compared to the same month last year. Additionally, there was a 30.2-fold rise from December to January, marking the largest monthly increase among all product categories. This spike was attributed to changes in promotional event conditions by a virtual asset platform, which impacted API trading integration support funds.
