Bitcoin Depot, a Nasdaq-listed Bitcoin ATM operator, has acquired the peer-to-peer social prediction platform Kutt. According to ChainCatcher, this move extends the company's product line from Bitcoin ATMs to the rapidly growing consumer fintech sector. Following the acquisition, Kutt will retain its brand and leadership position while continuing to offer services in most U.S. states.
