On the spot market, Bitcoin has repeatedly tested the $68,866 level on an hourly basis, leaving long upper shadows each time. This area is characterized by dense limit orders, aligning with a bullish sentiment that accounts for 34.21% of total trading volume, combined with 13.85% of sold call options. Options funds have established significant short call positions at strike prices of $69,000 and above, creating selling pressure. There is also capital support below, forming a typical wide straddle structure to earn time value, reflected in the market as a swing between highs and lows. In the short term, Bitcoin is likely to continue its wide-ranging oscillation. The far-end 0.15 Delta Skew is deeply negative, with figures of -14.15% on March 4 and -15.05% on March 5, indicating that institutions are still purchasing deep out-of-the-money puts as extreme downside protection for spot positions. The one-day at-the-money implied volatility remains high at 56.91%, showing that market makers are highly cautious of intraday volatility. Operationally, a defensive approach is recommended, as conditions do not support a reversal. In the options market, selling calls to earn premiums is suggested.
