Tensions in Iraq have intensified following military actions by the U.S. and Israel against Iran. According to Jin10, the Iranian and Iraqi Shia militia group, the 'Islamic Resistance Organization,' has launched consecutive drone and missile attacks on Erbil, the capital of the Kurdistan Region in northern Iraq. Iraqi militia expert Atwani disclosed that Erbil is alleged to host regional headquarters for Israel's Mossad and the U.S. CIA, serving as a 'launchpad' for inciting unrest within Iran. Iran has also identified Erbil as the origin of sabotage activities targeting its territory.
