The Nikkei Index experienced a recovery, closing at 55,620 points, marking an increase of 342 points or 0.62%, continuing its upward trend for the second consecutive day. According to RTHK, despite this rebound, the index has still seen a significant decline of approximately 5.5% over the week, reversing the gains made in the previous week.
