On March 11, local time, Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps announced a significant offensive against multiple U.S. military bases in the Gulf region. According to Jin10, the Revolutionary Guard reported that its naval forces initiated the 38th wave of attacks under the operation code-named 'True Commitment 4' from late night on March 10 to the early hours of March 11. The Udairi helicopter base in Kuwait was subjected to two rounds of intensive missile strikes.
