RedotPay Seeks $150 Million Funding Ahead of U.S. Listing

RedotPay is reportedly in discussions to secure up to $150 million in funding, with plans to go public in the United States this year at a valuation exceeding $4 billion. According to NS3.AI, the company currently holds a valuation of over $1 billion, following successful fundraising rounds totaling more than $150 million in September and December of the previous year. Investor documents reviewed by Bloomberg indicate that RedotPay's annualized payment volume surpassed $10 billion in December last year. Despite frequent changes in senior management, the company is moving forward with its listing plans without a Chief Financial Officer.
