Sri Lanka has taken measures to address its ongoing energy crisis by urging electric vehicle owners to charge their cars during the day instead of at night. According to Ming Pao, this request was made on Tuesday evening as part of efforts to alleviate pressure on the country's power system. This follows the recent declaration of Wednesdays as holidays to further conserve energy.
