Hedge Funds Expand Operations in Asia-Pacific Region

Hedge funds are actively expanding their operations in the Asia-Pacific region. According to Ming Pao, following Point72's expansion earlier this year, which involved increasing its lease at The Henderson in Central from 60,000 square feet to approximately 85,000 square feet, another U.S.-based hedge fund, North Rock Capital Management (HK) Limited, has recently leased an entire floor at York House, a property owned by Hongkong Land in Central. The lease was finalized and handed over on the 2nd of this month.
