CFTC Settles Fraud Case Against Former FTX Executive Nishad Singh

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) has concluded its fraud case against Nishad Singh, the former engineering chief at FTX. According to NS3.AI, Singh has been ordered to return $3.7 million in illegal profits as part of the settlement. Additionally, Singh is prohibited from trading for a period of five years. The CFTC noted that it did not pursue a monetary penalty or restitution due to Singh's cooperation during the investigation.
