According to Odaily, two U.S. officials reported that prior to the deadline set by U.S. President Donald Trump, the United States conducted strikes on military targets on Kharg Island earlier on Tuesday. One official noted that over 50 targets were hit on the island. The strikes, carried out early Tuesday Eastern Time, did not target oil infrastructure.
