A survey conducted by Vyberu.ru, as reported by RBC, indicates that 36% of investment-focused Russians are willing to invest in bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies once a clear legal framework is established. The proposed framework would require trading to occur through licensed intermediaries, effectively banning cash-to-crypto conversions. Additionally, the draft maintains the prohibition of using cryptocurrencies for domestic payments.
