BitMine Reports Significant Revenue Increase Amid ETH Staking Strategy

BitMine has submitted its quarterly 10-Q financial report to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for the period ending February 28, 2026. According to Foresight News, the report reveals a substantial increase in revenue, rising from $1.52 million in the same period last year to $11.04 million, largely driven by ETH staking income totaling $10.2 million. However, the company faced an unrealized loss of $3.78 billion due to the decline in ETH prices, resulting in a net loss of $3.82 billion for the quarter. As of the end of the reporting period, BitMine's total assets amounted to $9.89 billion, with digital assets comprising $8.81 billion. This includes holdings of 4,473,459 ETH and 195 BTC. In its latest announcement dated April 12, BitMine disclosed an increase in its ETH holdings to 4,874,858, marking an addition of approximately 400,000 ETH since the end of February. The company continues to implement its 'Alchemy of 5%' strategy for accumulating ETH.
