Ondo Finance Introduces Proxy Voting for Tokenized Securities

Ondo Finance has implemented proxy voting for over 250 tokenized securities on its platform, which manages more than $700 million in tokenized stocks and ETF tokens. According to NS3.AI, this new feature utilizes Broadridge's ProxyVote system, enabling wallet users to examine company filings and express their voting preferences. While the tokens do not provide direct shareholder rights, Ondo Finance can incorporate investor preferences when voting on the underlying shares it possesses.
