Tessera Labs, an AI-driven enterprise ERP modernization platform, has raised $60 million in a Series A funding round. According to Foresight News, the round was led by Andreessen Horowitz, with participation from Foundation Capital, Myriad Venture Partners, and Osage University Partners. The funds will be used to accelerate platform development, expand market operations, and grow the team of AI researchers and industry experts.
Founded in 2025 by Kabir Nagrecha and Ming Chang, Tessera Labs aims to automate SAP and ERP migration processes. The platform enables businesses to describe their needs using natural language, potentially reducing transformation timelines from years to weeks and cutting costs by more than half.
