According to official updates from Arbitrum DAO, a court ruling has been issued concerning a previous case, directing creditors to serve a restraining order to Arbitrum DAO regarding ETH frozen after the rsETH incident. According to ChainCatcher, Aave LLC subsequently filed an emergency motion to have the order lifted. The court has since modified the order, permitting on-chain voting within Arbitrum and allowing the transfer of the frozen ETH to Aave LLC.
Following the transfer, the restraining order will apply to Aave LLC. The revised constitutional AIP maintains Arbitrum DAO's approved intention for asset recovery, ensuring that the ETH will continue to be used for the recovery efforts related to the rsETH incident. Aave LLC is expected to comply with all court obligations throughout the legal proceedings.
