Amphenol Approves 2-For-1 Split; Dell Raises FY27 Guidance

According to CNBC, Amphenol approved a 2-for-1 stock split on Aug. 5, with new shares distributed Sept. 2, and the company reported record Q2 sales of $8.8 billion, up 55%, along with adjusted EPS of $1.35 and record orders of $10.7 billion. Management guided Q3 sales to $9.3 billion-$9.4 billion and adjusted EPS to $1.40-$1.42, while CEO Adam Norwitt said customers continue to ask for more of everything. Dell Technologies raised its FY27 revenue guidance to $165 billion-$169 billion from $138 billion-$142 billion and lifted its AI server revenue outlook to $60 billion from $50 billion, with non-GAAP EPS now seen at $17.90. The company reported Q1 FY27 revenue of $43.8 billion, AI-optimized server revenue of $16.1 billion, and another $24.4 billion of AI orders, while COO Jeff Clarke said demand continues to exceed supply and memory remains the main constraint.
