Grayscale Launches AAVE Trust Fund With 2.5% Management Fee

According to BlockBeats, Grayscale has introduced a new AAVE Trust Fund with a management fee rate of 2.5%. The CoinDesk AAVE Price Index provides the reference exchange rate in USD for its spot price. As of October 3, the net asset value per share is reported at $14.18, with a total asset management scale of $154,605.94. Previously, on October 3, Rayhaneh Sharif-Askary, Grayscale's Head of Products and Research, stated that Grayscale has launched a new trust fund offering investment in AAVE tokens. Trusts and ETFs are distinct investment products. ETFs require approval from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as they are sold directly to retail investors, whereas trusts are subject to less stringent regulations and are marketed to qualified investors. However, with appropriate regulatory approval, a trust can be converted into an ETF.
