Ethereum Developer Proposes Running Beacon Chain on RISC-V

According to Odaily, Ethereum developer Rick Dudley recently suggested on X that running the Beacon Chain on RISC-V and subsequently operating the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) within it would be highly beneficial. Dudley expressed his keen interest in managing this project. In response, Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin acknowledged that a significant portion of the existing Ethereum validity proof formal verification roadmap involves verifying and deploying the EVM within RISC-V. Buterin recommended that Dudley get in touch with Alexander Hicks, who is responsible for Ethereum's formal verification and artificial intelligence.
