According to PANews, MicroStrategy has disclosed in its latest 8-K filing that the company sold a total of 3,728,507 shares between November 25, 2024, and December 1, 2024. This transaction, conducted under a sales agreement, resulted in approximately $1.48 billion in net proceeds after deducting sales commissions.As of December 1, 2024, MicroStrategy still has around $11.3 billion worth of shares available for issuance and sale under the same sales agreement. This strategic move highlights the company's ongoing efforts to manage its financial resources and optimize its capital structure.
