Do Kwon's Constitutional Appeal Rejected in Montenegro

According to PANews, the Constitutional Court of Montenegro has unanimously rejected the constitutional appeal submitted by Do Kwon, the founder of Terraform Labs. This decision paves the way for Do Kwon to face trial either in South Korea or the United States, with the final decision resting with Montenegro's Minister of Justice. Given the previous stance of the Ministry of Justice, it is anticipated that Do Kwon is likely to be extradited to the United States.
