Genius Group Plans To Boost Bitcoin Reserves With Share Offering Proceeds

According to Odaily, U.S.-listed company Genius Group has filed a supplementary prospectus for a share offering aimed at increasing its Bitcoin reserves. The company disclosed that 100% of the net proceeds from the offering will be used to purchase Bitcoin, enhancing its strategic Bitcoin reserve treasury. Genius Group further clarified that if the offering is fully subscribed, the expected net proceeds will amount to $41.7 million. Additionally, the company confirmed that its common stock is listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol 'GNS.'
