Bitcoin Spot ETF Sees Strong Performance In Early 2025

According to PANews, Bloomberg ETF analyst Eric Balchunas reported that Bitcoin spot ETFs have shown robust performance at the beginning of 2025, with inflows reaching $4.2 billion, accounting for 6% of all ETF inflows. Since its launch, the net inflow has exceeded $40 billion, with assets under management (AUM) reaching $121 billion and a return rate of 127%. The AUM of Bitcoin spot ETFs has now surpassed ESG ETFs, which stand at $117 billion, and is comparable to the scale of gold spot ETFs. In contrast, Ethereum ETFs have only attracted $130 million in inflows this year, highlighting Bitcoin ETFs' dominant position in the market. Even with the potential introduction of more altcoin ETFs, their market share is unlikely to rival that of Bitcoin.
