Bitcoin Treasury Capital Secures Flexible Equity Financing Agreement

According to Foresight News, Bitcoin Treasury Capital has entered into an ATM-style equity financing agreement with three existing shareholders. This agreement allows the company to flexibly raise up to 200 million Swedish kronor over the next six months. Investors can subscribe to shares up to twice a week, with a total subscription limit set at 10% of the previous trading day's daily volume, distributed proportionally among participating investors. The subscription price will be the higher of the previous day's closing price or the volume-weighted average price. Previously, Bitcoin Treasury Capital announced an increase in its Bitcoin holdings by 4.4 BTC, valued at 5 million Swedish kronor (approximately $500,000), at an average price of $118,159 per Bitcoin. As of July 11, 2025, the company's total Bitcoin holdings reached approximately 152 BTC. Additionally, the company disclosed that funds raised on July 9, totaling around 10 million Swedish kronor, remain unused and will be allocated entirely for Bitcoin purchases.
