Nubank Plans to Integrate Stablecoin Payments with Credit Cards

According to PANews, Roberto Campos Neto, the chairman of Brazilian digital bank Nubank and former head of the Central Bank of Brazil, has revealed plans to integrate a dollar-pegged stablecoin and credit card payment functionality. Campos Neto stated that Nubank intends to begin testing stablecoin payments via credit cards as part of a broader effort to connect digital assets with banking services. He also highlighted the challenge banks face in finding ways to accept tokenized deposits and use these assets to extend credit to customers.
