Bitcoin Mining Firm Iren Plans $2 Billion Convertible Bond Issuance

According to Foresight News, Bitcoin mining company Iren is set to raise $2 billion through the issuance of convertible bonds, as reported by Bloomberg. The plan includes two sets of bonds: $1 billion maturing in 2032 with an interest rate ranging from 0% to 0.25%, and another $1 billion maturing in 2033 with an interest rate between 0.5% and 1%. The bonds have terms of 6.5 years and 7.5 years, respectively.
