Coloniume global connection will be mostly resulted from participation of individuals around the world. The main purpose of launching this network is to create and expand a kind of completely free, secure, non-governmental and independent communication platform of the present communication networks, so that it cannot be censored, restricted and influenced, as well there will be no disconnecting while interacting and communicating with all communication networks. Coloniume will help the internet, and even if there was network disconnection in any area covered by Coloniume it will be possible to locally exchange information and data without any geographical or political restrictions.
