CertiK, a Web3 security services provider, said in an announcement shared with Finbold on January 23, it is targeting a public listing as part of its ambition to become the first publicly traded Web3 infrastructure company. Its plans for a public listing are supported by a recent investment from Binance, making the exchange CertiK’s largest investor so far. Focus on institutional security platforms and formal verification CertiK said it is expanding its enterprise offering through Skynet Enterprise, a security platform designed to meet the transparency, risk visibility, and data quality requirements of large institutions and regulators.
