Tokenization company Securitize announced revenue of $55.6 million for the first nine months of 2025, an 841% increase compared to the same period in 2024. The company has filed a public registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to advance its plans for a merger with Cantor Equity Partners II (CEPT), a company backed by Cantor Fitzgerald. The merger with CEPT is still subject to shareholder and regulatory approval. If approved, Securitize will trade as a publicly traded company on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol SECZ. (Coindesk)
