The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has officially announced that it will hold a roundtable discussion on March 4 at its headquarters in Washington, D.C., to discuss private market valuation and responsible retailization. The meeting will be moderated by Brian Daly and streamed live on the SEC’s website. Roundtable topics will include the opportunities and challenges of traditional private assets gradually entering public products, matters that public investors should pay attention to, and the governance challenges and best practices of managers providing exposure to private market assets in response to retail demand.
