Kalshi posted on X that he will follow Warren Buffett's example for the prediction rewards offered for the NCAA's "March Madness," offering a $1 billion reward to anyone who perfectly predicts the results of all games. Considering that no one has ever been able to complete this prediction (the probability is 1 in 120 billion), Kalshi will offer $1 million to the user with the highest prediction score, and allocate an additional $1 million to support charity. Odaily note: The NCAA's "March Madness" officially begins tomorrow. Since 2014, Buffett has offered a $1 billion reward to employees of his Berkshire Hathaway company who could correctly predict the results of all games, to be paid out by the company over 40 years. However, due to the extreme difficulty, no one has ever won. In 2018, Buffett lowered the difficulty of the predictions; anyone who accurately predicts the results of the 16 games will receive a $1 million reward annually thereafter.
