Cryptocurrency trading platform Gemini has laid off approximately 30% of its staff and lost over $500 million last year.

Cryptocurrency exchange Gemini (Gemini Space Station Inc.) said it has reduced its workforce by about 30% since the beginning of the year following recent layoffs and is introducing AI tools to improve productivity. Gemini lost more than $500 million last year. As of March 1, the company, founded by billionaire twins Tyler Winklevoss and Cameron Winklevoss, had approximately 445 employees.
