Jia Yueting (YT Jia) posted on the X platform that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has concluded its nearly five-year investigation into Faraday Future (FF) without taking any enforcement action or penalties against FF, himself, or his team members. He stated that "justice delayed is justice served," and that FF has now shed the historical burdens of being labeled a "Wall Street bankruptcy conspiracy theorist" and a SPAC merger competitor, officially entering a "rebirth phase." Jia also announced that the company will launch an upgraded "Ten-Punch Combo" transformation plan, advancing four core objectives across four strategic phases. The first phase objective is to win the 180-day compliance battle without a reverse stock split. Furthermore, FF will relocate its headquarters to Silicon Beach.
