Two Indian-flagged vessels carrying liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) are currently navigating through the Hormuz Strait, closely following the Iranian coastline. According to Jin10, the ships, named 'Jag Vasant' and 'Pine Gas,' departed from the UAE coast early Monday morning, heading north towards Iran's Qeshm and Larak Islands. While their exact destination remains unknown, it is likely they are en route to India, which is currently experiencing a significant LPG shortage. Earlier this month, two other Indian-flagged LPG carriers arrived in India, highlighting the ongoing supply challenges.
