Sources indicate that SpaceX plans to release its initial public offering (IPO) prospectus at the end of May. SpaceX plans to launch its IPO roadshow the week of June 8th. The day before its roadshow launch, SpaceX plans to hold an online meeting for all 125 financial analysts in its underwriting syndicate. The retail offering in the SpaceX IPO will be "very large," and the company will finalize the transaction structure closer to the transaction's execution. SpaceX plans to invite 1,500 retail investors to a large event on June 11th. One lead underwriter told banks that SpaceX's IPO will generate unprecedented retail demand and an unprecedented offering size. Sources say SpaceX plans to offer shares to retail investors in the UK, EU, Australia, Canada, Japan, and South Korea.
