SpaceX has agreed to acquire Cursor, a rapidly growing artificial intelligence startup focused on developing code-writing software, for more than $50 billion, according to two sources familiar with the matter. SpaceX is making this deal as it prepares for what could be one of the largest IPOs in history. Founded in 2022, Cursor has raised more than $3 billion and has made headlines as one of the fastest-growing AI startups.
