After former FTX CEO SBF watched the Super Bowl and other football games using a private network, U.S. District Judge Lewis Kaplan banned SBF from using a VPN and offered to stay away from the private network until the conditions of his bail are determined, The Block reported. Lewis Kaplan expressed concern that the government would not be able to see the websites he visited or the data he sent and received while using a private network. Documents on SBF's bail conditions are due to be filed on Wednesday, according to the judge's order, and the court will hear arguments on the issue on Thursday afternoon. Foresight News previously reported that the judge recently banned SBF from using encrypted instant messaging software such as Signal. He was also prohibited from communicating with current or former FTX employees.
