It eliminates creator fees, so artists keep 100% of the profits from sales, and buyers pay only a small fee.
Highlight CEO Nathaniel Emodi said: "Highlight will be the first open platform for generative art on Ethereum, which includes features such as zero creator fees, self-owned contracts, and open versions.
