Zebec, Solana’s eco-flow payment protocol, completes $8.5 million in financing

According to Bitcoinist, Zebec, the Solana ecological flow payment agreement, completed a financing of US$8.5 million at a fully diluted valuation of US$1 billion, with participation from Circle Ventures, Shima Capital, and Resolute Ventures. Zebec's revenue is expected to reach $20 million by the end of 2022, with a net profit of $6 million. Zebec will soon launch a custom debit card and also plans to launch a stablecoin when it hits $1 trillion in revenue. In February of this year, Zebec Protocol completed a $15 million private placement financing led by Distributed Global and Solana Ventures. In March, Zebec raised $28 million through public and private token sales, including $21 million in private investors including Circle, Coinbase, Solana Ventures, Lightspeed Venture Partners and Alameda Research, and another $7 million in a public sale in partnership with Republic Done, the price per token is $0.021.
