Compliant virtual asset trading platform HashKey PRO submits license application to conduct retail business in Hong Kong

HashKey PRO, a compliant virtual asset trading platform regulated by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC), announced that it has submitted a license application under the Anti-Money Laundering and Combating the Financing of Terrorism Ordinance (Cap. 615), which came into force on June 1, to Provision of retail services in Hong Kong. In addition, according to the latest consultation conclusions of the "Suggestive Opinions on Regulatory Requirements for Virtual Asset Trading Platform Operators", licensed virtual asset trading platforms will comply with the guidelines, including corresponding licensing and conduct requirements.
