LG Electronics plans to launch cryptocurrency wallet app Wallypto in the third quarter and has been beta testing the app since August, News1 reported. Wallypto is currently built on Hedera Hashgraph and supports HTS tokens, and plans to support more blockchains and tokens after its official launch. According to News1, the app may be linked to some of LG's electronic devices, such as those built on the company's IoT platform LG ThinQ.
