Kendall Day to represent the company in a lawsuit against the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Bloomberg reported. M. Kendall Day served as Acting Deputy Assistant Attorney General in the Criminal Division of the U.S. Department of Justice, according to his profile on the law firm's Gibson Dunn & Crutcher website. Foresight News previously reported that in early June, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filed 13 charges against Binance and Changpeng Zhao, including mishandling customer funds and misrepresenting their operations to regulators and investors.
