BuidlerDAO passed the creation proposal and the first guardian election proposal, including the first white paper and other content

BuidlerDAO passed the "BIP-001: Genesis Proposal" and "BIP-002: The First Guardian Election Proposal", confirmed the first version of the white paper, and formally established the treasury and multi-signature mechanism, elected the leader of the guild and the Guardian By. The white paper defines the organizational structure of the guild + guardian, a hierarchical decision-making mechanism, and establishes a contribution incentive system combining reputation tokens (BRP) and stable coins. BuidlerDAO was launched in May 2022. It gathered Web3 developers, researchers, operators and other doers to organize content output and product practice in the form of DAO, explore the governance paradigm of Social DAO, and provide governance tool solutions.
