Polkadot’s new proposal has been approved, and it is planned to regularly cash out part of the DOT in the treasury and pay the salaries of Technical Fellowship members

The governance page shows that Polkadot OpenGov Proposal No. 231 has been voted on, with a final support rate of 88.2%. The proposal proposes to use the fixed investment function of HydraDX, the Polkadot ecological exchange, to regularly exchange a part of the DOT in the treasury for USDT and accumulate it, which will be used to pay salaries to Technical Fellowship members. The total exchange amount of this exchange plan is 469,000 DOT, and the handling fee accounts for approximately 0.4% of the total exchange amount. Exchange every 36 minutes or so, get 250 USDT for each transaction, and get 10,000 USDT every day.
