PlanB says its X account is under attack

PlanB issued an alert: "My X account is under attack. Someone tried to reset my password. I got 6 confirmation codes on email and 3 on text/call. That was not done by me." Note: If the account subsequently posts suspicious information, users need to be careful of the risks.
