According to Yonhap News Agency, a South Korean court rejected the arrest warrant for Terra general affairs chief Yoo, questioning whether the detention was necessary and also raised potential questions about whether LUNA is ultimately a security under South Korean law. Foresight News reported yesterday that South Korea’s Seoul Southern District Prosecutor’s Office issued a court arrest warrant against Terra’s head of general affairs, Yoo, on charges including violations of capital market laws, fraud, and negligence of duty.
