The Starknet Foundation announced that STRK Provisions will take effect at 12:00 UTC on February 20 (20:00 on February 20, 2024, Beijing time), and tokens will be available for collection after that. Additionally, the STRK token allocation has undergone necessary corrections after listening to community feedback:
1. Fixed the issue that approximately 900 Ethereum master stakers with multiple validators (who were incorrectly calculated as using only one validator) will receive a total of approximately 6.5 million STRK;
2. Rated.network updated their staker classification model based on community input, resulting in over 6.9 million STRK being distributed to over 1,000 individual stakers who were previously mistagged;
3. Corrected an issue that resulted in the eligibility of approximately 1,900 GitHub handles that changed after the snapshot was taken and were preempted after the regulation announcement, with more than 1 million STRK being saved for potential future community distribution;
4. On StarkEx, the discrepancy that allowed the hosting company to make claims based on approximately 200,000 user keys has been removed, and a process will be developed for these users to receive provisions in the future. These corrections will be processed on February 20.
