Fed Harker: May be close to point of rate cut, but not sure when it will happen

Fed Harker said that it may be close to the point of cutting interest rates, but it is uncertain when it will happen. The biggest risk is that the Fed cuts interest rates too early. Don’t expect rate cuts to happen “immediately and immediately.”
