Relm Insurance, a specialist insurer regulated by the Bermuda Monetary Authority, has launched a new suite of products covering a range of crypto-related risks, from wallets to investment management.
Relm has created a five-part product for digital asset risks, including cyber insurance, crime insurance for crypto holdings in hot wallets (connected to the internet), and insurance for investment managers of digital asset funds. There are also more complex insurance options, such as compensation for losses associated with participating in Ethereum staking, where participants could have their assets “forfeited” for being offline, for example.
